Today was not awesome. I could hardly move this morning. The cold tried to crush my spirit. I didn’t want to shower or wash my hair or do anything. Getting up to grab a cup of coffee seemed to be an extremely difficult task. I lingered longer than I should have but I pushed through. Guess what? The hot shower was awesome. The coffee was awesome. I got my day started with awesomeness. And within the hour I was cold. My fingers were turning white. And no matter what I did, I couldn’t shake it the entire day. I wanted to give up so bad. But I didn’t. When I got home I took a hot bath and by raising my core temperature it really remedied my pain, body and spirit. I think maybe I’ll start tomorrow with a hot bath and see if it will take me farther. I’ll let you know if it works.
