Some of the common physical complaints I hear about in conjunction with winter blues include always being cold, numb fingers and toes, ugly dry skin, and stiff achy joints. When I stand up after sitting or lying down for more than 5 minutes I have been very stiff. I hobble around in pain for a few minutes like an old lady. After rave reviews from family and friends I tried supplementing my diet with bone broth. Yes, I know it’s a fad right now, but it came highly recommended. Now I’m a little picky with food and beverage sometimes so I had to get a version that tastes good. I can drink hot chicken bone broth, but that is not my preference. We use ancient nutrition bone broth protein powder. Currently every morning I mix up drinks for my husband and I. 20 ounces vanilla almond milk, 1 scoop vanilla bone broth protein powder, 1 scoop coffee bone broth protein powder, 2 scoops chocolate amazing grass, and 1 banana… all mixed with a stick mixer and split into 2 glasses. It only took about 3 days and all my aches and pains have gone away. Seriously. It’s like magic! I notice the most that first thing in the morning I jump right out of bed with no joint pain or stiffness. Bone broth has many benefits you can research online. Amazing grass is awesome too! Having rid myself of stiffness I am empowered even more to abolish that Abominable Winter Blues Monster!
