So in one article I read about the top 20 things to do to beat the winter blues I found a big surprise! Numbers 19 & 20 were “give out high fives” and “emphatically receive high fives”!!! I work with people who love to high five and it makes us feel awesome. Now I have proof! It was on the internet after all! Lol. So let’s do it. Increase your daily high five routine to combat the Abominable Winter Blues!
